STICPAY Account Cancellation Policy
Instructions for deleting your STICPAY account.
Cancellation Process
- Go to the STICPAY website.
- Click 'Support' on the top menu.
- In the STICPAY Customer Service enquiry section, click 'Account and General Inquiry' and send a request for account cancellation.
- Your account cancellation will be processed within 24 hours of the request.
Alternatively, you can request account cancellation by emailing your full name and STICPAY ID to account@sticpay.com.
Data Deletion
Upon the cancellation of your STICPAY account, the following information will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved:
- Personal Information
- Payment Information
- Security Data
Data Retention and Additional Holding Period
In compliance with legal requirements, the following information may be retained for a specific period:
- Legal Transaction Records: minimum transaction records required by laws such as Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
- Tax Reporting and Auditing Purposes: certain transaction records may be kept for tax reporting and auditing if necessary.
All retained data is securely managed and will be safely deleted after the retention period.
Cautions
Account cancellation is only possible after withdrawing all assets in your account.
After cancellation, you can no longer use any STICPAY services, and a cancelled account cannot be recovered.
Even if you re-register, you will not have access to your previous transaction history and the benefits you previously received will no longer be available.
