How To Deposit To And Withdraw From Your STICPAY Account

To use your STICPAY e-wallet, you need to know how to deposit and withdraw funds to and from your account.

We'll start with how to deposit funds to your account, but if you want to learn how to withdraw, then please skip ahead to 'How to Withdraw Funds From Your STICPAY Account.'

How to Deposit Funds to Your STICPAY Account

You can deposit money to your STICPAY account via domestic bank wire (only available in selected countries), international bank wire, credit card, and cryptocurrencies. Please refer to the following sections to find more information about each deposit method.

Deposit via Domestic Bank Wire

To deposit money to your STICPAY account via domestic bank wire, you need to go to the “Domestic Bank Wire” submenu.

Please save the bank details and transfer the amount you want to deposit to the shown bank account details. It’s important to enter the correct memo when you transfer the funds. In case you forget to add the correct memo, please contact the support team.

Domestic Bank Wire is cheaper and faster than international bank wire. Currently, domestic bank wire is not available in all countries. You will be shown a message if domestic bank wire is unavailable.

To deposit money via a Korean domestic bank account, you need to create an account at Utransfer. Click on “LINK ACCOUNT”, and then a popup will open.

If you already have a Utransfer account, please enter your email and password. Otherwise, click on “Sign Up” to create an account. After you linked your account, you will be able to deposit money.

Deposit via International Bank Wire

To deposit money to your STICPAY account via international bank wire, you need to go to the “International Bank Wire” submenu. The following process differs for EU* and Non-EU users, so please refer to the applicable section in this guide.

Bank Account Details for Users Based in Non-EU Countries

To deposit money to your STICPAY wallet, you need to transfer money to the shown bank account. Please save the bank account details and enter your STICPAY email as a reference or memo when you transfer the money. The International Bank Wire will be processed within approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Please remember, the bank account details are only for Non-EU users. For the EU bank details, please check the guidelines for EU users.

Note: This bank account only accepts USD currency. Please make sure you’re sending USD, or the funds will be rejected.

*EU countries + Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein.

Bank Account Details for Users Based in EU* Countries

To deposit money to your STICPAY wallet, you need to transfer money to the shown bank account.

Please select the desired currency to see the correct bank account details. Users based in the EU can deposit money in GBP or EUR.

Please save the bank account details and enter your STICPAY email as a reference or memo when you transfer the money. The International Bank Wire will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Please remember, the shown bank account details are only for EU users. For Non-EU bank details, please check the guidelines for Non-EU users.

Note: This bank account only accepts GBP and EUR currency. Please make sure you’re sending GBP or EUR, or the funds will be rejected.

Deposit via Credit Card

To fund your STICPAY account with your approved credit card, select the “Credit Card’ submenu. If your credit card isn't verified yet, please refer to this guide to learn how to verify your credit card.

Next, select your desired currency wallet by clicking on the drop-down arrow and enter your desired money amount. The minimum amount is 10 USD. Click on “Next” to proceed.

After you clicked on “Next”, you need to enter the following credit card information: card number, expiration date, and CVC number. Then, click “Money In” to proceed.

In the next step, you need to authenticate your credit card. After doing so, the money will be credited to your account within approximately 1 hour if there is no issue with the used credit card.

When the transaction is completed, a green check icon will appear. Then, wait until the amount is credited to your account. The transaction might take up to one hour.

Deposit via Cryptocurrencies

To fund your account using Cryptocurrencies, you must select “Money In” in the left side menu and then click on “Cryptocurrencies” in the drop-down menu. Then, you will be able to see the deposit address.

Please send the amount you want to deposit to the shown deposit address. Deposit addresses are single-use only, so please don’t use a deposit address multiple times.

If you want to deposit other cryptocurrencies, click the drop-down menu arrow to show other cryptocurrencies.

How to Withdraw Funds From Your STICPAY Account

To select a money withdrawal method, click “Money Out” in the left side menu and select the appropriate submenu depending on the withdrawal method. The available withdrawal options are domestic bank wire (available only in selected countries), international bank wire, and withdrawal via cryptocurrencies.

In this menu, you can also manage your local and international bank accounts for withdrawal.

Withdrawal via Domestic Bank Wire

To withdraw money via domestic bank wire, click on the “Domestic Bank Wire” submenu in the “Money Out” menu. Using domestic bank wire is cheaper and faster than international bank wire.

Unfortunately, not all countries are supported to use domestic bank wire. A message will be shown if domestic bank wire is unavailable in your region.

To withdraw money via local bank wire, it is necessary to register your bank account first. To register your bank account, please click on ”Manage Local Bank Accounts” in the “MONEY OUT” menu. Then, select the (+) plus sign to add the bank account.

Fill in the required details of your bank account and click ”SAVE”. Please make sure that the bank account is in your name. Also, please note that local bank wire is only available in selected countries.

Once you successfully saved your bank account details, you will see your local bank account in the “Manage Local Bank Accounts” menu. To proceed with the withdrawal process, click on the ”Domestic Bank Wire” submenu.

To withdraw money via domestic bank wire, select the “Domestic Bank Wire” menu. Then, click on the drop-down arrow to select your preferred local bank account. Choose your preferred currency wallet, and enter your preferred amount. Then, click “NEXT” to proceed.

When the transaction is completed, a message with the text “Successfully processed” will appear. Then, wait until the amount is credited to your account. The process will take up to 1-2 business

days.

You will receive an email to confirm your withdrawal request. It might take several days until your request is approved and the funds are credited to your local bank account.

You can check the status of your withdrawal request on your STICPAY account. Select the “ACCOUNT” menu and refer to the recent transactions.

Once your withdrawal request got approved, you will receive an email to your STICPAY email address.

Withdrawal via International Bank Wire

To withdraw money via international bank wire, select “International Bank Wire” in the “MONEY OUT” menu. You first have to register your international bank account.

To register your international bank account, please click ”Manage International Bank Accounts” in the “MONEY OUT” menu. Then, select the (+) plus sign to add the bank account.

Please fill out the required bank account details and click ”SAVE”. The Intermediary bank account information is optional. The intermediary bank acts as a middleman between an issuing bank and a receiving bank. In case your bank requires an intermediary bank account, please ask your bank for the necessary information.

Once you successfully saved your bank account details, you will see your International bank account in the “Manage International Bank Account” menu. To proceed with the withdrawal process, select the “International Bank Wire” submenu.

Once you registered your bank account, go to the “International Bank Wire” submenu. Select your preferred international bank account in the portal. Then, choose your preferred currency wallet by clicking the drop-down arrow. Please enter your preferred amount and click “NEXT”.

The minimum withdrawal for international bank wire is 100 USD, and the process will take approximately up to 3-5 business days.

To confirm the transaction, please complete the user verification. Depending on your authentication method, a code will be sent to your registered STICPAY email, your phone number, or you can check the code on your OTP app. Enter the code and click ”submit” to confirm and proceed to the next step.

When the transaction is completed, a message will appear confirming that the process was successful. Then, wait until the amount is credited to your account.

A confirmation email will be sent to your STICPAY email address to confirm your withdrawal request.

To check the status of your international bank transfer request, you can refer to the “ACCOUNT” menu, where you can see your recent transactions.

You will receive an email once your withdrawal request is approved and the money is successfully credited to your bank account. The process will take approximately 3-5 business days.

Withdrawal via Cryptocurrencies

To withdraw your STICPAY funds via cryptocurrencies, you first need to add a cryptocurrency wallet. If you haven’t added a cryptocurrency wallet yet, please refer to this guide to learn how to add new currency wallets.

If you have already added cryptocurrency wallets, please select the “Cryptocurrencies” submenu in the “MONEY OUT” menu.

Next, select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw by clicking on the drop-down arrow, and enter the amount you want to withdraw. The minimum amount is 5 USD. After you entered your withdrawal address, please click on “NEXT” to proceed.

When the transaction is completed, a message will appear that informs you that the process was successful. It might take 24 hours for funds to be credited to your withdrawal address.

A confirmation email will be sent to your STICPAY email account. Afterward, please wait until the transaction gets approved and until the amount gets credited to your withdrawal address.

To check the status of your withdrawal request, go to the “Account” menu. Here you can see the status of your transactions under “recent transactions”.

You will receive an email once your withdrawal request got approved and the amount was successfully credited.
